There is no doubt that currencies are inevitable in trading with international partners. For many years US dollar has been widely spread in the international market. But with the introduction of Euro, as the single European currency, it has become increasingly popular too. According to a three-year survey by the Bank of International Settlement, these two denominations were used to account for more than half of the global international business. That is why you can have USD or EUR almost in any country of the world . They can be used for paying your purchases, services or exchanging it for local money. Also, cross-border transactions dominate in US dollars or Euros. Undoubtedly, many major businesses deals are done with the help of one of these two currencies.

It is essential to have enough knowledge when trading with foreign companies. Ordinarily, every week macro data or retail sales in USD and Eur are published by central banks. These announcements mainly concern decisions to raise or lower the interest rate. The changes in the interest rate can have a serious effect on the business as a whole, primarily if the central bank decides otherwise than general expectations, as expected changes are usually assessed in the market. The interest rate also have a direct impact on the size of swaps. Because of EUR-USD popularity brokers strive to offer the best possible conditions and ultimately it matters a great deal to your earnings.

EUR and USD currency pair is one of the greatest trading instruments. It is quite understandable everyone has a diverse trading style, but this pair fits in a wide range of policies.
